Dillon Elementary School

As a result of our prior success with Dillon Four, Brownstone was re-hired as the Program Manager for Dillon School District Four’s 2021 – 2024 Building Program. The $60 Million building program includes the New Consolidated Elementary School which replaced the aging elementary facilities in the Dillon attendance zone. With a total project budget of $40M, the new 120,000SF facility will accommodate over 1,000 students.
