Dale is the Founding Principal of Brownstone and serves as President and CEO. He oversees the complete operation of the firm, its direction, and strategic plan, as well as evaluating firm success.
Dale is a hands-on leader who enjoys interacting with each project and ensuring complete client satisfaction. Since 2005, under his guidance, Brownstone has grown dramatically, from our Columbia, SC headquarters to include the opening of the Charleston, Savannah, Charlotte, and Greensboro offices.
Fear and Faith have similar definitions: “Believing what you don’t see will happen.” Choose Faith!
After almost 20 years, Dale remains enthusiastic about the company's and its personnel's future. Currently, the challenge lies in managing the company's growth as it has expanded to having personnel in five offices across three states. Dale is most proud that the company's growth has not compromised the culture that celebrates diversity, enjoys the work, and delivers excellent service.
When asked about the firm, he stated, “The success of Brownstone is a testament to its people. We are humbled and do not take lightly that our employees entrust their careers and livelihoods to our company. We thank every one of them, both past and present, for their enormous contributions.
Dale believes that Brownstone's growth is partly due to the faith maintained over the years and acknowledges the dedication of the Brownstone family and his own. He credits his wife, Denise, for allowing him to be fully invested in Brownstone and supporting him unconditionally during the company’s formative years. “My wife Denise and children (Dale Jr. and Damaris) have supported me through the years and inspired me during this journey.”
