Franklin Operations Center

Brownstone was responsible for reconfiguring a commercial property for 70% warehouse capabilities to 70% office space with 30% warehouse capabilities.  This project included touchdown spaces, restrooms, showers, workstations, offices, and meeting spaces that supported 50 staff members. The finished project provided the ability to tackle day-to-day operations and empowered emergency response teams to field calls for major storm events.
