International African American Museum

The International African American Museum (IAAM) in Charleston, SC, is a 41,000-square-foot cultural and educational institution dedicated to preserving and showcasing the history and contributions of African Americans, particularly in the context of the transatlantic slave trade. Brownstone teamed with Turner Construction to provide construction management at-risk services and later independently managed the museum's interior during the last phase of construction.
