JL Cain Elementary

Darlington County School District selected Brownstone to provide construction management-related services and construction administration for various District projects, including new construction and renovation. Over the four-year program, Brownstone managed contracts with district personnel, architects, consulting engineers, vendors, and equipment maintenance contracts. JL Cain is one of three new schools in the building program that were completed for occupancy for the current 2020-2021 school year.
