Otis Brock Elementary School

A replacement school for the existing Otis Brock Elementary School, the new $17M, 96,000 square feet facility serves a 650-student population with a 900-student core capacity to allow for future expansion. Built on the current Otis Brock Elementary campus, the brick and block structure contains Pre-K through 5th Grade spaces, a Media Center, Cafeteria, Computer Labs, Gymnasium, and other support spaces.  The project also included associated site work, utility connections, landscaping, and irrigation.  Careful coordination was incorporated into the project to avoid disruptions with the existing school and adjacent community.  After occupancy of the new building, the current school was demolished to complete the project.
