Richland County Transportation Penny Tax

Brownstone partnered with MB Kahn and HDR as program managers for the Richland Penny Program. This major program was the first in county history. In addition to overall program management duties, Brownstone was responsible for the design of greenway, bikeway, sidewalk, and pedestrian improvement projects and administered procurement services for all Richland Penny projects.
