USC CUP and Maintenance Building Rendering

Brownstone is currently part of the design team collaborating with firms Boudreaux, Slam Architects, and Developer Gilbane for the Central Utility Plant (CUP) for the USC Health Sciences building complex. This 16,000 sqft facility will be a part of the phase 1 development of the health sciences campus in the Bull Street district of Columbia, SC. As phases 2 and 3 are realized, the complex will grow to approximately four times its original size to include a parking facility and pedestrian bridges to connect the parking to the new facility.
